Dragan Milutinovic is director, underwater cinematographer and TV editor. Born in Serbia 1978, diving since 1996. He did most of the filming in the Red Sea, Adriatic, Mediterranean and Caribbean and took part in numerous documentaries and TV series that have been awarded at festivals worldwide. He earned a BA degree in cinematography and an MA degree in film and TV editing from the Academy of Arts, University of Novi Sad. Currently working as TV editor at RTV Vojvodina in Novi Sad, Serbia.
